Tickets must be used by the original invitee and are nontransferable.
Tickets may not be sold, bartered, auctioned, or transferred in any way, and doing so may result in Google rendering the ticket null and void without any responsibility to Google.
Attendees must provide a state issued drivers license (for US citizens) or valid passport (for foreign nationals) to enter the event location. These details are collected during registration and shared with NASA Ames Research Event Center in advance of the event to expedite entrance to location. Attendees who do not share these details during registration will check-in through the single-line entrance at NASA to provide their identification. This may cause personal delay beyond the event start time.
All information entered into the registration form must be correct and accurate. All information must be entered in English. Some of the information entered (such as name, company, and the photo you upload), will be displayed on your attendee badge.
Once registered, you will not be able to change the name on your registration profile. Please make sure to register using the name that matches the government-issued photo ID you will be presenting when you check in to the conference.
You agree to be solely responsible for your own safety, belongings, and well-being while participating in Gemini at Work 2026, including off-site events. Google LLC and its affiliates won’t be liable for your participation in Gemini at Work 2026, or for injury or damage of any kind resulting from or related to your participation in Gemini at Work 2026.
No solicitation or selling of items or services is allowed at Gemini at Work 2026 unless specifically authorized by Google in advance. Any attendee conducting these activities may be removed from the event.
Attendees can request the deletion of their registration profile from Google’s event database after the event ends by emailing gemini@work@google.com.
Check-In
At check-in, we will check your photo ID prior to distributing your Gemini at Work 2026 badge. We will accept driver’s licenses, passports, and other forms of government-issued identification.
Your Attendee Badge
Attendee badges may contain QR Code, NFC, BLE, or other RFID technologies to help us serve attendees, facilitate the event, and determine participation in various sessions and activities.
By scanning your badge at demos or sessions, your contact information may be shared with the company presenting at that demo or session for marketing purposes. By scanning your badge at these stations, you consent to sharing your information with them.
By scanning your badge at the demo or sessions, your contact information will be shared and processed by a third-party vendor contracted by Google to provide badge scanning technology and equipment. By scanning your badge at these stations, you consent to sharing your information with the scanning vendor. All personal data will be processed in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.
Attendee Requirements
General attendance at Gemini at Work 2026 is for people 21 and older. Those younger than 21 may be eligible to attend, but their attendance may have additional requirements. Please contact geminiatworkmtv@google.com for more information.
Attendees are not permitted to bring guests to Gemini at Work 2026 or to any pre- or post-Gemini at Work 2026 events

Attendance at Gemini at Work 2026 is not allowed by the following:
Residents of embargoed countries
Individuals ordinarily resident in embargoed countries
Individuals otherwise prohibited by applicable export controls and sanctions programs
Giveaways
Attendees will receive an attendee badge and may be offered additional gifts. By registering and accepting any discounts, gifts, or items of value related to Gemini at Work 2026, you acknowledge that you are doing so in compliance with applicable laws and your organization’s code of conduct.
If you aren’t sure whether the professional guidelines for your school, university, organization, or agency would allow you to accept these items, please check with your local ethics officer in advance. The food and gifts available at Gemini at Work 2026 are optional, so it may be possible to attend the event even if you cannot accept any giveaways.
Event & Photography Marketing Release
You’re welcome to take personal photos of your Gemini at Work 2026 experience to share with your friends or colleagues, or on social media. However, if by taking photos or video, you’re negatively impacting the experience of other attendees, you may be asked to stop or leave. Excessive photography/video, including unauthorized event broadcasts and press/media coverage, is prohibited and is grounds for your removal from the event. If you’d like to request approved media access, please contact press@google.com.
Google will be documenting Gemini at Work 2026. Photographs, audio, and/or video recorded by Google, or others on behalf of Google, at Gemini at Work 2026 may include your image or likeness. By registering to attend Gemini at Work 2026, you agree that Google may use such recorded content for any purpose without compensation to you.
Communications
All registered attendees agree to allow Google and those working on its behalf to facilitate Gemini at Work 2026 to contact them regarding their registration and attendance, and to provide information about the event. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to allow Google and its agencies supporting registration to communicate with you via email and phone with information regarding the event.
Q&A sessions will occur at Gemini at Work 2026. By registering for this event, you acknowledge that any questions you submit to the Q&A platform will be moderated by Google, and may be edited or removed at Google’s sole discretion. Google reserves its right to prohibit inappropriate, profane, hateful, or harassing content of any kind during its Q&A sessions.
Event Conduct

Gemini at Work 2026 staff will be happy to help participants contact hotel/venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing discomfort or harassment to feel safe for the duration of the event. We value your attendance.
This policy extends to all Gemini at Work 2026-related talks, forums, workshops, social media, parties, hallway conversations, attendees, partners, volunteers, event staff, etc. You catch our drift. Google reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or remove any person from, any Google-hosted event (including future Google events) at any time in its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, attendees behaving in a disorderly manner or failing to comply with this policy, and the terms and conditions herein. If a participant engages in harassing or uncomfortable behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning or expelling the offender from the conference.
