A little prep goes a long way. We’ve pulled together everything you need to know before the event – from on-site experiences to a map of the venue – so once you’re there it’s all tech, zero logistics.

Please note that sessions can’t be booked in advance and attendance will be on a first-come, first-served basis

Take our pre-event survey

We’d love to hear your thoughts. Please take a couple of minutes to complete this pre-event survey. 

You’ll get an email with your badge QR code one day prior to the event. To ensure a smooth and secure experience for everyone, please have this QR code and a valid photo ID ready upon arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate walk-ins or ticket swaps on the day.  

Please ensure to go to the entrance listed on the email for a smooth arrival. 

Venue

Tobacco Dock is a Grade I listed warehouse located at Wapping, in the heart of East London. Built in 1812, it is a historic venue and primarily served as a store for imported tobacco, hence the name. This is Summit London’s third year hosting in Tobacco Dock, which has multiple transport links nearby.

Accessibility for Visitors

For any guests with mobility requiring lift access, please use the entrance on Wapping Lane. There is a lift and ramps for guest needs.  Please note there are cobblestones in some areas of the venue due to its historic nature. 

Water Bottles

We encourage sustainability and for you to bring a water bottle onsite. We will have numerous water fountains onsite for you to refill and stay hydrated throughout the day. 

Cloakroom

London Summit provides a free cloakroom to all attendees and has a cloakroom next to each registration location. Note we can only accept backpacks and smaller size bags and are unable to accept luggage. Please note we will have bag searches on arrival for security measures. 

Is there a parent’s room onsite? 

We want our Google Cloud event to be accessible to everyone in our community. Yes we have a room available for nursing mothers and parents to look after an infant onsite. It is downstairs on the vault level so please speak to a brand ambassador onsite to be directed to the room. 

Is there a prayer room at the event?  

Yes we have a Multi Faith room onsite for anyone on site who would like to use it. It is downstairs on the vault level so please speak to a brand ambassador onsite to be directed to the room.

Tobacco Dock has a Mothers room and Prayer room available.
