Make every minute count at Next

Dive into the Session and Activity Library and start building your agenda. Here’s how session attendance works:

Reserve a seat: Your spot is guaranteed as long as you arrive at least five minutes before the session starts. If the session is full, you can add it to your agenda or favorites, and join the standby line on-site.
 

Add to agenda: This does not guarantee a seat. Attendance will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Fast-track your event badge pickup

An email with your badge pickup QR code will be coming to you on Monday, April 20. Look for the subject line “Google Cloud Next 2026 – fast-track your event badge pickup.” Then, plan when and where to pick up your badge. 

Take our pre-event survey

Take a couple of minutes to complete this pre-event survey. Your answers can help us tailor Next to your liking.

Arrive early and check your flight status

Check with your airline 48 hours before departure to confirm your flight details, and plan to arrive several hours before your flight. Your airline’s app will usually beat the airport monitors when it comes to gate changes or delays, so make sure to turn on those push notifications. 

Prep for checkpoints

If traveling internationally, have your visa support letter and registration confirmation printed out – as well as on your phone – ready to be shown at checkpoints. Your badge pickup QR code will be in your inbox on April 20 under the subject line “Google Cloud Next 2026 – fast-track your event badge pickup.”

Pack light

Keep in mind that your bag, backpack, or purse should be 12" x 18" max, and it will go through a security screening before you enter Mandalay Bay Convention Center. Suitcases, rollerbags, rollerboards, large garment bags, and any bags with wheels are strictly prohibited inside the event venue. If you’re traveling with luggage, our valet is open on Friday, April 24, from 6 AM to 5 PM PT in the Michelob ULTRA Arena Hallway. Outside of those hours, your best bet is checking with your hotel’s front desk. Visit our FAQ page for more details.
 

We encourage you to bring your own water bottle to use at our water stations. But if you forget yours, you can head to the Swag Stop at the Next Store to get a complimentary Google Cloud water bottle. Supplies are limited, so we recommend getting there early. 
 

Pick up your badge

You’ll get an email with your badge pickup QR code on Monday, April 20. Bring the QR code and a valid government ID to fast-track your badge pickup at any of the following locations. All pickup times are in Pacific Time.

We recommend you pick up your badge before Tuesday, April 21, if you’re attending Partner Summit, and before Wednesday, April 22, if you’re attending the opening keynote, to skip the long lines. We’re also offering vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. Pre-ordered Halal, Kosher, and Hindu vegetarian meals can be picked up at the designated food huts in both locations.

Find a meeting space

Looking for a spot to sync with your team or huddle with new connections? We have informal meeting-on-demand spaces ready for you, located in the Expo and on Level 2 and Level 3. Each table can accommodate 2 to 6 people for meetings of up to 30 minutes on a first-come, first-served basis. No need to book in advance, just remember that it’s a shared space, so be mindful of your volume and respect your time slot.

We provide Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) in all keynote, Spotlight, and Breakout rooms; American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation for our opening and developer keynotes; and reserved accessible seating in every session. Unwind at Next at Night

Head over to Allegiant Stadium on Thursday, April 23, 7–9:30 PM PT, for an unforgettable live show by Benson Boone and Weezer. Show starts at 7 PM PT. 

• Make sure your Next badge is visible when you enter.
• Got a companion party pass? Pick it up on Thursday, April 23, 7 AM–6 PM PT at Mandalay Bay Convention Center Foyer Badge Pickup.
• You need to be at least 21 years of age to attend. You may be asked to show a government-issued photo ID.
• There’s no transportation provided, but Allegiant Stadium is an estimated 10-minute walk from Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
• Food and drinks will be served inside. No outside food or beverages are allowed. 
• Allegiant Stadium has different bag rules than Next – bags must be clear, and a small 4.5" x 6.5" x 2" clutch or a bag no bigger than 12" x 6" x 12" is all you can bring. We recommend leaving your bag at the hotel. For more information, review the Allegiant Stadium Bag Policy.

What kind of accommodations are available at Next at Night?
All Allegiant Stadium entrances are accessible by wheelchair, and pathways include ramps and elevators. Each entrance will have a dedicated lane and security checkpoint for guests and one companion to enter. 

Seating accessibility: Accessible seating is available throughout Allegiant Stadium, on the 000 level (stage right) and through the 100 level. Event Services will be available to help guide everyone to their seats. 

Hearing accessibility: The ASL interpreter will be located on field 000 level, stage right, on a raised platform.

Sensory nooks and kits: Sensory nooks will be available on the 100 level concourse. A sensory inclusive kit can be picked up at the security desk on the 100 level near the North Main entrance.

ADA shuttle transportation: ADA shuttles will be provided from Mandalay Bay Shark Reef to Allegiant Stadium starting at 6 PM and going till 10 PM PT.
