Spotify is actively deploying agentic applications in their cloud infrastructure. Spotify will share their goals and discuss the top of mind infrastructure considerations that have shaped their journey to support agentic applications. In this talk Spotify will share their experience in adopting MCP in their gRPC environment, implementing AI guardrails and managing multitiered identity for agent interactions. Spotify is exploring model serving optimization with inference gateway extensions and across a wide range of runtime form factors spanning ARM, GPU and TPU. Spotify is building this support on top of a highly reliable regionalized network architecture to which they have recently migrated their entire cloud deployment.
