Ranjit is Deloitte’s Global Technology and Ecosystems & Alliances Leader and the US Leader of New Ventures, Technology & Innovation. 
He is focused on imagining, engineering, and launching the next generation of tech-powered businesses and platforms within and across Deloitte’s businesses. He is responsible for technology strategy, innovation, and emerging growth businesses, as well as oversight of Deloitte’s ecosystems and alliances. Ranjit serves on the US Executive Leadership team and the Global Executive Team. He sponsors several Deloitte CXO programs and actively serves a number of clients in the financial services and high-tech space. Ranjit previously served as Deloitte’s Chief Strategy and Technology Officer and Deloitte’s Cloud leader.
Ranjit’s perspective has been sharpened over nearly two decades driving technology innovation and delivering breakthrough solutions for some of the world’s most forward-thinking enterprises. He has spearheaded major new initiatives for leading global financial institutions and other complex organizations, where technology is the foundation of the service delivery model.
Ranjit’s educational background—in electrical engineering and finance—provides him with a well-rounded understanding of the interrelated dynamics of technology, economics, and the forces shaping innovation. His early career in aircraft engineering operations—where each decision affects a complex, mission-critical system—fostered his belief that every challenge presents an opportunity to innovate and improve. Today, he applies that perspective to help empower organizations as they launch new initiatives, embrace next-generation technologies, and reimagine themselves at every stage of the transformation journey, from initial conception through full-scale implementation.
