Shalva Kakauridze is the Sr. Director of Global Cloud Platforms and Networking at Cotality, where he spearheads the technology vision and execution for enterprise-grade cloud services and networking. His organization is dedicated to delivering reliable, "secure by default," and cost-effective platform services that accelerate development teams through self-service enablement. By championing "Platform as a Product" through the build-out of enterprise AI, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Observability stacks, Shalva’s team reduces friction in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), allowing engineers to deliver software faster and more reliably at scale.
Prior to his current leadership role, Shalva spent over a decade leading massive digital and cloud transformations, including authoring a Google Blog post on large-scale cloud migration. He has extensive experience architecting secure, multi-region SaaS platforms and managing global, cross-functional teams to deliver high-transaction systems. His background includes serving as a lead technical strategist and solutions architect, where he focused on automating solutions at scale and establishing robust engineering standards across diverse industries.
