Manesh Patel is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Sanmina Corporation, a Fortune 500, global electronics manufacturing services(EMS) provider, based in San Jose, California. Sanmina serves customers in technology-related industries, including communications, medical equipment, defense & aerospace, industrial, clean energy and data center equipment. Manesh joined Sanmina in 1997, progressed through several senior IT management positions and became CIO in 2006. During his tenure, Sanmina's annual revenue grew from $600 million to over $12 billion and operations were globalized to 25 countries.  Manesh provided leadership in developing and implementing the IT strategy to enable international expansion, customer-focused services, and the successful integration of more than 20 mergers and acquisitions.  Before joining Sanmina, Manesh worked with Ford Motor Company's European operations, then moved to California's Silicon Valley to lead the IT organizations of two start-up companies.
