Camilla's career spans corporate strategy, technology solutions, brand and creative leadership, and organizational design across some of the world’s largest technology, finance and consulting enterprises. At Fannie Mae, she pioneered early enterprise GenAI deployments while leading a full-scale transformation of the organization’s creative and content capabilities. She has since advised multiple Fortune 500 companies on AI adoption, change management, and the organizational infrastructure that makes transformation stick.
She is also completing a PhD at Virginia Tech Pamplin Business School — researching how to elevate and sustain human fulfillment as AI takes on an ever-greater share of cognitive labor, and what it means to keep people at the center of work as the nature of thinking itself evolves.
