Dai is the Managing Director of Google Cloud Marketplace and ISV Go-to-Market Initiatives, where he manages the global teams responsible for business development, P&L management, partner and platform strategy, partner engineering, go-to-market initiatives, field and partner co-sell models, and onboarding & enablement.
Dai and his team are helping to transform how business software is bought and sold by modernizing procurement via online discovery, simplified purchasing and efficient deployment of enterprise-grade third-party cloud solutions. Google Cloud Marketplace has sustained triple-digit annual growth for multiple years and drives billions of dollars in annual gross transaction value.
He previously served roles at Google as a Senior Director of Product Strategy and Business Operations within Google Cloud’s Application Modernization Platform organization and as Director of Product Management in the Ads and Commerce organization. Before joining Google, Dai held leadership roles in product management at Microsoft and IBM, business development at SAP, and strategy consulting at McKinsey and the Boston Consulting Group.
He has an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
