Martin Paynter leads the Database Black Belts team at Google, where the team specializes in Database, Data and Analytics Migrations. Prior to Google, Martin spent 15 years at Enkitec and Accenture, where the teams he led were accountable for multi-cloud enterprise Satabase, Data and Analytics migrations.  Martin has an extensive background in enterprise consulting, and has spoken at various conferences worldwide.
