Vaibhav Govil is a technology enthusiast and is currently working as Director of Product Management at Google. Vaibhav is the Product Management Lead for Spanner, Bigtable, Firestore and Memorstore responsible for the product vision, strategy, execution and go-to-market for these services. Vaibhav has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry and experience leading large scale services at various companies.Before Google, Vaibhav worked at Amazon Web Services in Seattle as a Product Manager in DynamoDB. Before moving to Seattle, Vaibhav worked in SaaS and Ecommerce bay area companies in technical Product Management leadership roles. Vaibhav holds a Masters degree in Computer System Engineering from Northeastern University, Boston.
