As the Global Head of GTM Engagement for Google Cloud, Jessica leads a team to define, articulate and implement Cloud GTM's internal and external engagement strategy, focused on cultivating a high performing culture in GTM that exemplifies organizational best practices, and open source our success with customers & partners. Jessica serves as a thought leader for Google Cloud executives, GCP CXO customers and partners, and collaborates with Google's People Operations/HR counterparts. Jessica has also been recognized as a global thought leader on organizational culture, belonging and innovation. 
Before Google, Jessica was NYU Langone Health's Director for Diversity & Inclusion, the Diversity & Inclusion Officer for Wharton’s MBA Program for Executives (WEMBA) and the Senior Associate Director for Diversity for Wharton’s full time MBA program. She’s also held numerous leadership roles at the University of Pennsylvania and Princeton University, focused on executive engagement, advocacy, strategy development, policy reform, and program implementation that influences systems and leaders for change.
