Paul Eldridge is Director of Technical Learning Programs and Enablement at Salesforce. Oversees the technical readiness strategy and skills development for ~10,000 engineers, his work centers on the transition to Hyperforce, Salesforce’s cloud-native infrastructure architecture, where he manages the programs and frameworks required to accelerate and de-risk deploying and operating products across public cloud providers including Google Cloud and AWS.
Paul is currently focused on scaling specialized bespoke technical readiness programs around AI-enabled Observability, Monitoring, and comrehensive AI-accelerated agent swarms for the entire software engineering lifecycle. The entire field of software engineering at scale is seeing its foundations shift in realtime, and learning and enablement is part of how we ride and define that bleeding edge, not fall behind and chase it.
