Pat leads a team of Customer Success Managers and works with our largest customers to help them transform their business through an agentic workplace,accelerate business outcomes and have a successful journey with Google Workspace.   Her Customer Success group provides high and low touch customer success services along with partner success support for our global workspace customers.
She spent most of her career in the enterprise software, collaboration and infrastructure market, building and leading highly engaged international technical teams. She has the privilege to work across multiple technology disciplines including collaboration suites, cloud (private/hybrid & public) ERP and business intelligence.
A passionate people leader, who fosters innovation and new business models and talent development. Pat is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion, and is a Board Member for UMC and Habitat for Humanity.
