Christina Lucas is the Global Director & Market Leader, Insurance at Google Cloud, where she drives strategy at the intersection of insurance and technology. She views talent and organizational health as critical pillars of any sustainable modernization effort, and this commitment to culture is evidenced by her history of securing "Best Places to Work" honors in two different countries: first while in a leadership role in Bulgaria, and later as a chief executive in the U.S.
Having lived and led teams across the U.S., Germany, Brazil, Japan, and Bulgaria, Christina brings a seasoned global perspective to navigating complex markets and modernizing legacy models. As President of Envista Forensics, she directed a multi-national organization with a focus on cross-border M&A and market expansion. During her tenure at AIG, she held several key leadership roles across multiple countries, architecting global operating models and enterprise-wide frameworks to ensure cross-functional interoperability and digital scalability. Her career also includes strategic leadership and consulting roles at Guidewire, Deloitte, and Booz Allen, where she honed her expertise in driving large-scale enterprise shifts.
Christina holds a B.A. in Economics from Georgetown University and a Master of Information Technology from American Intercontinental University. She serves on the Board of Directors for SERVPRO (a Blackstone portfolio company) and the America for Bulgaria Foundation, and contributes her expertise to the advisory committees of ACORD Solutions Group, NAAIA New York, the International Brokers Association of New York, and YPO Americas Gateway.
