With over 25 years in telecommunications, Mark is a pioneer in customer experiences, strategy, marketing, sales optimization, digital transformation, and e-commerce. He joined Cox in 2013 to ignite digital transformation and previously served as SVP of Digital, where he revolutionized strategy and marketing for Cox’s online channels.
Before Cox, Mark held leadership roles at Verizon Wireless, improving digital operations, revenue, and customer experiences. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Rockford College and an MBA from Indiana University.
