Luke Stone is the Distinguished Tech Lead for Customer Reliability and Cloud Supportability in Google Cloud's Support team.  He develops troubleshooting solutions, manages customer reliability risks, and improves incident management for GCP. 
Luke joined Google in 2002 as the first technical support engineer for AdSense and he fell in love with the cloud when building on Google App Engine in 2009.  Before Google, Luke was a sys admin and developer, and studied computer science at Stanford.
