Mayukh Bhaowal is a recognized leader in enterprise AI and currently leads the development of the Agentic AI platform at ServiceNow. He joined ServiceNow through the acquisition of Cuein, an AI-native conversation data analysis startup he co-founded and led as CEO. Cuein was backed by Lightspeed and Khosla Ventures.
Previously, Mayukh served as Senior Director of Product Management at Salesforce Einstein, where he led Conversational AI initiatives and was a keynote speaker at Dreamforce and top industry events like Mind the Product.
He has also driven AI and analytics products at several startups and led consumer and mobile product efforts at Yahoo. Mayukh holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.
