Natalie Van Kleef is the global head of the Learning Go-to-Market organization within Google Cloud and a Sr. Advisor with the Harvard Project on Workforce. Natalie led the recent launch of the cross-company Google Skills learning platform, founded the Grow with Google IT Career Certificates that placed 75K workers into well-paying tech jobs (according to CBS News), and developed the Department of Labor-registered apprenticeship program at Google. Prior to this, she served as a Sr. Labor Innovation Fellow for the Biden-Harris Administration and ran the IT Residency Program that staffed Google’s internal IT support function globally. Natalie holds a B.A. from Boston College and an Ed.M. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She has appeared on CNN, in several podcasts, including Harvard Business School’s Managing the Future of Work, and in publications like Fortune, Forbes, Wired, Axios, and Wired.
