Bahubali (Bill) Shetti is Senior Director of GTM, Observability and AI at Elastic, where he leads technical go-to-market strategy and solution architecture for the Observability AI portfolio. He built Observability Labs, and has published  40+  articles on AI agents, RAG, OpenTelemetry, and cloud-native architecture, reaching thousands of SREs and platform engineers monthly. Bill has spent 15+ years scaling pre-sales and solutions teams across Elastic, AWS, VMware, Cisco, and Cumulus Networks (acquired by NVIDIA), driving enterprise adoption of cloud and AI platforms at Fortune 500 scale. He holds an MS from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers.
