Hardeep Walia is Managing Director and Head of Firmwide AI at Charles Schwab, where he oversees enterprise AI strategy, AI fluency across 33,000+ employees, product management for the firm’s top AI initiatives, and AI engineering. He joined Schwab through its acquisition of Motif Investing, the fintech company he founded that pioneered AI-driven thematic investing. Earlier, he served as General Manager at Microsoft and consultant at BCG. Hardeep holds a B.S. from Yale and an MBA from Wharton.
