Natalia Mileo is the Culture & Experience Sr Director at Mercado Libre. She joined Mercado Libre in 2015 and now leads all things culture, people experience, engagement, learning, communication, inclusion, and employer branding across the company. Before Mercado Libre, Natalia held various HR roles in the banking and telecommunications industries. She holds an honor degree in Labor Relations from the University of Buenos Aires, where she also earned her MBA and completed specialization programs.
