Josh Saindon is a Senior Director of Platform Engineering at SEI, where he leads large-scale cloud transformation initiatives focused on modernizing enterprise systems and enabling developer-centric platforms. With over two decades of experience in Oracle and PeopleSoft ecosystems, Josh has played a key role in evolving legacy architectures into scalable, cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud, including the adoption of GKE, Cloud Run, and Oracle Database@Google.
He is passionate about building secure, high-performing platforms that empower engineering teams to move faster while maintaining strong governance and reliability. Outside of work, Josh enjoys tackling outdoor home projects, experimenting with home automation, and spending time with his family.
