Dhina Soundarapandian is an accomplished technology executive with over 25 years of expertise in e-commerce and digital transformation. He is currently working as Vice President of Digital Technology at Macy’s Inc., overseeing software engineering teams responsible for developing customer-facing digital platforms, including personalized homepages, intent-driven search capabilities, marketplace functions, and features powered by Generative AI.
Prior to his tenure at Macy’s, Dhina held prominent senior leadership positions at Walmart, The Home Depot and Sears, where he directed efforts in building large-scale cloud-native solutions and launching innovative B2C, B2B and marketplace products.
He holds two patents related to scalable data processing and pricing engines and is widely recognized for assembling high-performance teams and delivering impactful innovation. 
Dhina resides in Marietta, Georgia, with his wife, Priya Velappan, and their daughters, Prajna Dhinakaran and Darshna Dhinakaran.
