As Google Cloud’s Vice President, SMB Sales and Scaled Acquisition, Sharon Prosser is experienced in building best in-class sales organizations that drive acquisition and growth for the organization and tangible business results for customers. Sharon is responsible for Google Cloud’s SMB business, which engages millions of customers across the globe to transform their business with the power of Google Cloud. 
Before joining Google Cloud, Sharon served as Vice President, Global SMB GTM and Business Development at Zendesk, led the North American SMB teams at AWS, and served as GVP of Sales and Business Development at Oracle. She has spent many years in the SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS arena, assessing the market and building strategy. She takes pride in hiring and retaining sales talent, achieving Sales KPIs and exceeding budgets. This breadth of experience has given her a unique perspective into how companies like Google Cloud are best positioned to accelerate growth and customer success.
She holds a bachelor’s of science degree in Computer Science from University of California, Santa Barbara. When she’s not talking with customers and digging through data, you can find Sharon spending time with her family, and enjoying all that the SF Bay Area has to offer.
