Alan Li is a Principal Staff Engineer at Google Cloud Databases, specializing in distributed databases and AI/ML systems. Based in the SF Bay Area, he is the uber-TL for AlloyDB Semantic Search, having led the zero-to-one development of AlloyDB ScaNN. Before AlloyDB, Alan built database internals and ML infrastructure at Google Spanner, LinkedIn, Box, and Truviso.
