Moritz is an early engineer and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Cognition, where he has led teams building AI agent systems and event-driven automation infrastructure. Moritz has published research on reinforcement learning and language models in top journals and holds a BS and MS in Computer Science from Stanford University.
