Accommodation and travel expenses are not included in the package.
Any negotiated savings on hotel options in the area will be passed on to sponsors where and when available by the local teams responsible for each summit.
Yes! You are encouraged to ask your customer to register. Registration to the summits requires individuals to register online via the local summit landing page and is subject to approval (as per all registrations to the summit).
Each exhibitor booth sponsor has a set number of passes to attend the summit sessions (excluding Leaders Connect) and some passes for the showcase floor (e.g., booth staff).
If your tasks and resources are not populating in the table above, please follow the troubleshooting steps below to ensure the smoothest experience within the ERC:
- Check your browser settings to ensure that it is not blocking javascript.
- If you are using Chrome, navigate to Settings -> Privacy and security -> Site settings -> JavaScript
- If you are using a VPN, check your settings to ensure it allows JavaScript to run or try accessing the ERC with your VPN turned off.
- If you have a JavaScript blocker extension enabled on your browser, it may be disabling key ERC functionality. Temporarily turn the extension off before accessing the ERC.
- Your company's IT policy may be restricting the JavaScript functionality. Please reach out to your IT department to verify.
