If you are experiencing issues in the ERC workflow, please follow the troubleshooting steps below to ensure the smoothest experience within the ERC:

  1. Check your browser settings to ensure that it is not blocking javascript.
    • If you are using Chrome, navigate to Settings -> Privacy and security -> Site settings -> JavaScript
  2. If you are using a VPN, check your settings to ensure it allows JavaScript to run or try accessing the ERC with your VPN turned off.
  3. If you have a JavaScript blocker extension enabled on your browser, it may be disabling key ERC functionality. Temporarily turn the extension off before accessing the ERC.
  4. Your company's IT policy may be restricting the JavaScript functionality. Please reach out to your IT department to verify.
