If your tasks and resources are not populating in the table above, please follow the troubleshooting steps below to ensure the smoothest experience within the ERC:
- Check your browser settings to ensure that it is not blocking JavaScript.
- If you are using Chrome, navigate to Settings -> Privacy and security -> Site settings -> JavaScript
- If you are using a VPN, check your settings to ensure it allows JavaScript to run or try accessing the ERC with your VPN turned off.
- If you have a JavaScript blocker extension enabled on your browser, it may be disabling key ERC functionality. Temporarily turn the extension off before accessing the ERC.
- Your company's IT policy may be restricting the JavaScript functionality. Please reach out to your IT department to verify.
